520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Russian-speaking drug users have been present in the health care and risk reduction facilities in the Paris region since the 2000s, and their numbers are constantly increasing. This article presents an attempt to study the link between the psychological processes that are the cause of precarious migration and addictive disorders through the peculiarities of identity construction in the context of major societal changes, but also through the meaning sought. The therapeutic approach proposed to support this group is built around the integration of the concept of transitionality through linguistic and cultural mediation respecting the temporality of subjects.
