| Summary, etc. |
| 520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
| Summary, etc. | This paper offers an interpretation of the evolution of the concept of sustainability within organizational management, starting with the models and representations historically conveyed in this field. To this end, it draws on management science literature regarding these evolutions and then examines the contributions of (co)design approaches to the dissemination and promotion of this concept. This exploratory research presents an analysis of interviews with practitioners using these models, such as concept maps or ideation tools, in relation to sustainability, with the aim of exploring the paradoxes emerging from current models. A better understanding of how this concept is perceived in this area allows us, subsequently, by applying other methodological designs, to question how to achieve wider dissemination. Indeed, these results highlight the relevance of using design-based approaches to perception, a common element found both in the current practice of concept maps and in the ideation processes and tools that support the concept of sustainability. |
