Matériels et méthode : Huit cas cliniques sont présentés à partir de contextes variés : présence de signes présomptifs de résorptions radiculaires, résorptions radiculaires existantes avant traitement, résorptions radiculaires survenant en cours de traitement, etc. Discussion : L’intégration de ces résorptions lors de l’élaboration du plan de traitement et l’aspect médico-légal associé à cette problématique doivent être pris en considération. Bien que cet article n’ait pas pour ambition d’ajouter de nouvelles données sur une thématique déjà largement abordée, il propose un éclairage clinique singulier à travers des commentaires et des considérations spécifiques illustrés par des situations cliniques bien définies. Conclusion : Ces éléments devraient permettre aux praticiens d’être mieux préparés à gérer les résorptions radiculaires, y compris dans leur dimension médico-légale. |

| Summary, etc. | Objective : This clinically oriented article aims to describe specific situations of root resorption, whether suspected or confirmed, and to provide a focused analysis. Materials and Method : Eight clinical cases are presented in different contexts : presence of presumptive signs of root resorption, pre-existing resorption prior to treatment, and resorption occurring during treatment, among others. Discussion : The integration of these resorptions when developing the treatment plan and the medico-legal aspect associated with this issue must be taken into consideration. Although this article does not seek to introduce new data on a topic that has already been widely studied, it offers a distinctive clinical perspective through specific comments and considerations illustrated by well-defined clinical cases. Conclusion : These insights should enable practitioners to be better prepared to manage root resorption, including its medico-legal aspects. |
