| Summary, etc. | Introduction : En France, les parcours de soins en santé mentale de l’enfant restent complexes et peu lisibles pour les familles, malgré une volonté politique de renforcer l’accompagnement ambulatoire. Souvent mobilisées comme « ressources », les familles sont encore rarement reconnues comme des partenaires à part entière. Objectifs et méthode : Cette recherche-action collaborative, menée dans un centre médico-psycho-pédagogique (CMPP) situé en zone rurale, visait à mieux comprendre les obstacles vécus par les familles et à co-construire avec elles des propositions concrètes d’amélioration de leurs accompagnements. L’étude repose sur une approche qualitative articulant deux volets : quinze entretiens semi-directifs réalisés avec des parents, complétés par vingt-cinq entretiens avec les professionnels du CMPP ; puis un atelier participatif avec trois mères volontaires engagées sur six séances de travail. Résultats : L’analyse a mis en lumière des facteurs facilitateurs : postures professionnelles bienveillantes, accompagnement global, soutien associatif, mais aussi des freins persistants : errance diagnostique, surcharge administrative, information lacunaire, isolement et invisibilisation du rôle parental. Les ateliers ont permis de formuler des propositions concrètes : livret d’accueil simplifié, cafés-aidants, groupes de soutien, capsules vidéo pour les professionnels, charte de partenariat. Certaines seront expérimentées dès septembre 2025 avec le soutien institutionnel. Discussion : En s’appuyant sur le « modèle de Montréal » de l’engagement des patients, cette recherche montre que la reconnaissance des savoirs parentaux permet de faire évoluer les pratiques professionnelles vers une véritable coproduction des parcours. Conclusion : Elle ouvre des perspectives concrètes de transformation pour d’autres structures médico-sociales souhaitant renforcer la participation des familles. |

| Summary, etc. | Introduction: In France, care pathways in child mental health remain complex and difficult to navigate for families, despite political efforts to strengthen outpatient support. Often mobilized as “resources,” families are still rarely recognized as full partners in the care process. Objectives and method: This collaborative action research, conducted in a CMPP (centre médico-psycho-pédagogique; center for medical, psychological, and educational care) located in a rural area, aimed to better understand the obstacles experienced by families and to co-construct with them concrete proposals to improve their support. The study adopted a qualitative approach based on two components: fifteen semi-structured interviews with parents, complemented by twenty-five interviews with CMPP professionals; followed by a participatory workshop with three volunteer mothers over six working sessions. Results: The analysis highlighted several facilitating factors, including caring professional attitudes, holistic support, and associative assistance. It also revealed persistent barriers such as diagnostic delay, administrative overload, a lack of accessible information, social isolation, and the invisibilization of the parental role. The workshops led to concrete proposals: a simplified welcome booklet, peer-support cafés, parental support groups, video capsules for professional training, and a partnership ethical charter. Some of these initiatives will be piloted from September 2025 with institutional support. Discussion: Based on the “Montreal model” of patient engagement, this study demonstrates that recognizing parental experiential knowledge shifts professional practices toward genuine co-production of care pathways. Conclusion: This work opens up concrete prospects for transformation in other medico-social structures seeking to strengthen family participation. |
