Il s’appuie sur un corpus de données filmées d’analyses collectives des interactions avec des professionnelles du champ du handicap à partir de traces de leur travail. L’analyse se concentre sur l’émergence d’une métaphore, celle de l’« entonnoir », utilisé pour décrire, partager et ajuster les pratiques d’accompagnement. En explorant les usages langagiers et les effets réflexifs de cette métaphore, l’étude met en évidence son rôle dans le développement de compétences professionnelles, notamment interactionnelles, au sein du dispositif de co-analyse. |
