| Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte d’une recherche intervention menée au sein d’une Faculté de médecine en France entre 2019 et 2022 ayant comme objectif la prévention des facteurs de risque d’épuisement professionnel des internes de médecine générale en 3e cycle de formation universitaire. Cette recherche visait à accompagner la conception d’une formation permettant de les préserver des abus de certains terrains de stage en milieu hospitalier à l’origine de leurs troubles de santé au travail. Une démarche méthodologique qualitative éclairée par les théories de l’activité documente d’abord le cheminement d’un collectif professionnel vers de nouveaux usages du numérique requis pour concevoir un « design pédagogique de prévention de l’épuisement professionnel ». Puis nous montrons en quoi leur agentivité collective conduit à définir des règles de sanctuarisation de cette formation et de l’alternance professionnelle qui s’y réalise pour un changement durable au bénéfice de la santé des formés. |

| Summary, etc. | This article reports on an intervention research study conducted at a French medical school between 2019 and 2022. The study aimed to prevent risk factors for burnout among general medicine residents in their third cycle of university training and to support the design of a training program that would protect them from the demanding conditions of certain hospital work placements, which contribute to occupational health problems. A qualitative methodological approach, informed by activity theory, first documents the trajectory of a professional collective toward the adoption of new digital tools necessary to develop a pedagogical design for burnout prevention. The article then shows how the collective agency of this professional group leads to the establishment of rules to safeguard the training program and the professional placement component it encompasses, to bring about lasting changes that benefit trainees’ health. |
