| Summary, etc. | Cet article explore la manière dont la spiritualité ouvre de nouvelles perspectives sur la créativité en milieu professionnel. Deux dimensions sont investiguées : organisationnelle (via la spiritualité au travail) et managériale (via le leadership spirituel) en tant que leviers potentiels de la créativité individuelle et collective. Une recherche qualitative fondée sur 18 entretiens menés auprès de managers et de personnes créatives, et analysée à l’aide du logiciel QDA Miner, met en évidence : 1) la complexité du concept de créativité qui mobilise des ressources, des postures et des processus à la fois individuels et organisationnels ; 2) la présence de pratiques d’anti-management dans certaines structures hiérarchisées, nuisant à l’expression créative ; 3) les spécificités du leadership spirituel adapté à la gestion des profils créatifs. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to show what spirituality reveals as a new perspective on creativity. Both the organizational dimension (workplace spirituality) and the managerial dimension (spiritual leadership) which stimulate individuals and teams’ creativity are investigated. A qualitative research based on 18 interviews conducted with managers responsible for creativity development and creative individuals, and data analysis via QDA Miner allows us to observe : 1) the complexity of the concept of creativity resulting in resources, postures, and processes at both individual and organizational levels; 2) the place of anti-management of creativity in some very hierarchical organizations; 3) the peculiarities of spiritual leadership appropriate to managing creative people. |
