| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche en sciences de l’éducation et de la formation interroge la manière dont l’éducation à l’esprit d’entreprendre reconfigurerait la forme scolaire et les processus de professionnalisation dans les formations au management du supérieur privé. À partir d’une enquête ethnographique menée dans plusieurs établissements, elle met en lumière l’émergence d’une « forme managériale », évolution de la forme scolaire, qui redéfinit les savoirs, les temporalités et les postures d’apprentissage. Cette thèse éclaire la diffusion et la traduction de l’esprit d’entreprendre et de l’esprit d’entreprise dans les cursus professionnalisants et la manière dont il participe à la fabrique des futurs managers de proximité. Ce travail questionne la place et la nature de la culture entrepreneuriale dans l’enseignement supérieur et la conception même de la professionnalisation des étudiants. |

| Summary, etc. | This research in education and training sciences examines how education for an entrepreneurial mindset might reshape the “school form” and the processes of professionalization in management programs within private higher education. Based on an ethnographic study conducted across several institutions, it highlights the emergence of a “managerial form”, an evolution of the “school form” that redefines knowledge, temporalities, and learning postures. The thesis sheds light on how both the entrepreneurial mindset and the spirit of enterprise are diffused and translated within professional curricula, contributing to the making of future middle managers. This work questions the place and nature of entrepreneurial culture in higher education and the very conception of student professionalization. |
