| Summary, etc. | En écho au titre de ce colloque, nous souhaitons ici questionner les liens entre la prise de décision et l’évaluation dans les contextes organisationnels à l’heure de la transition écologique. Cette dernière vient rebattre les cartes de notre économie et pousse les décisionnaires à endosser de nouvelles responsabilités dans leur gouvernance et leurs prises de décisions. L’évaluation de celles-ci dépassant dès lors les traditionnels KPI (indicateurs clés de performance (ICP)) normatifs enseignés dans les écoles de management. Car c’est bien la performance qui est ici concernée et c’est autour de cet « objet d’étude » que nous allons nous focaliser dans cette communication. |

| Summary, etc. | Echoing the title of this conference, our aim here is to examine the links between decision-making and evaluation in organizational contexts at a time of ecological transition. The latter is reshuffling the cards in our economy and forcing decision-makers to take on new responsibilities in their governance and decision-making. The evaluation of these decisions goes beyond the traditional KPIs (key performance indicators) taught in management schools. It is performance that is at stake here, and it is on this ’object of study’ that we will focus in this paper. |
