| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte de professionnalisation accru de l’encadrement sportif, la mise en place d’un collectif de formateurs pour accompagner le développement des compétences chez l’entraîneur tient une importance forte dans le processus de formation. Au demeurant, ces dynamiques interactives collectives d’accompagnement restent peu étudiées dans ce contexte. Au travers d’une recherche-action, cette étude interroge l’espace partagé renvoyant à l’articulation des rôles et missions des différents formateurs. Les résultats, issus d’une étude de cas longitudinal, permettent de relever des traces de l’activité collective des formateurs autour de l’accompagnement de l’entraîneur en formation et d’envisager des pistes d’optimisation du dispositif de formation. |

| Summary, etc. | In the context of increasing professionalization of sports coaching, establishing a collective of trainers to support the development of coaches’ skills plays a central role in the training process. However, these interactive support dynamics remain largely unexplored in this context. Drawing on an action research approach, this study examines the shared space through which the roles and missions of the various trainers are coordinated and structured. The results, derived from a longitudinal case study, reveal traces of the trainers’ collective activity in supporting coaches in training and suggest avenues for optimizing the training program. |
