Summary, etc. Cet article conceptuel examine comment les notions de vocation, oikonomia et entrepreneuriat de la Théologie Économique peuvent renforcer la capacité des entrepreneurs à gérer les transitions vers la durabilité. En intégrant des idées de diverses disciplines, il conceptualise l’entrepreneuriat comme un processus d’apprentissage itératif et sociétal. L’article analyse la théorie de la Religion du Travail sous des angles sociétaux, psychologiques et anthropologiques, éclairant la capacité des entrepreneurs à comprendre les défis complexes de la société interconnectée. Il explicite le concept de vocation dans l’entrepreneuriat, suggérant que le travail peut avoir un sens et un but transcendants. En explorant les carrières sans frontières, il présente l’entrepreneuriat comme une profession avec des dimensions humanitaires et spirituelles.
