| Summary, etc. | En contexte de crise du système de santé impliquant de nécessaires transformations dans les milieux cliniques et de formation, nous avons questionné la place de la santé publique dans l’activité infirmière. Notre démarche de didactique professionnelle visait à identifier le potentiel des situations de soins pour l’apprentissage de la santé publique afin d’en déduire des modèles de formation. Nous avons réalisé une enquête ethnographique qui combinait observations et entretiens. Les interactions entre le chercheur et les personnes enquêtées ont amené une évolution des rapports à la santé publique que nous proposons d’analyser sous l’angle de la négociation des savoirs. Trois temps de négociation de savoirs ont été identifiés, nous discuterons de leur implication dans le processus d’apprentissage. Nos résultats invitent à considérer le terrain d’enquête comme une opportunité d’apprentissage et à développer et tester de nouvelles méthodes pédagogiques reposant sur l’analyse de l’activité. |

| Summary, etc. | In the context of a health system crisis involving necessary transformations in clinical and training environments, we examined the role of public health within nursing practices. Our professional didactic approach aimed to identify the potential of care situations for public health learning in order to derive relevant training models. We conducted an ethnographic study combining observations and interviews. Interactions between the researcher and the participants fostered a shift in how they engage with public health, which we propose to analyze from the perspective of knowledge negotiation. Three levels of knowledge negotiation were identified; we will discuss their implications for the learning process. Our results indicate that the research setting can serve as a learning opportunity and that new teaching methods based on activity analysis should be developed and tested. |
