Summary, etc. This text aims to bring communicative skills and organizational unlearning into dialogue. The notion of participation in communities of practice plays a role in socio-cognitive conflict. This conflict works to destabilize knowledge, allowing it to be unlearned and for technical or organizational change to be integrated in these communities. Communicative skills thus serve as a lever for unlearning through dialogue, and for the construction of shared meaning. Individuals then construct for themselves an illusion of complete information, which depends on a form of progress that they “know” to be logical because it is socially constructed.
