| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche exploratoire, menée en 2024 dans le contexte tunisien, a pour objectif, dans une approche compréhensive, de voir comment un groupe d’entreprises tunisien engagé dans un processus RSE a pu surmonter de multiples crises en assurant une résilience, voire une fiabilité organisationnelle et une performance. La méthodologie adoptée est qualitative moyennant l’étude de cas de deux entreprises du groupe. Les outils de collecte et d’analyse de données sont l’entretien semi directif et l’analyse de contenu. Les résultats ont montré, de façon pragmatique, que la RSE était le catalyseur prépondérant de résilience, de fiabilité organisationnelle et de performance face aux crises, à laquelle se greffent d’autres facteurs favorisant cette résilience tels que la culture d’entreprise et l’identification organisationnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | This exploratory research, carried out in 2024 in the Tunisian context, aims in a comprehensive approach to see how a Tunisian holding company engaged in a CSR process was able to overcome multiple crises by ensuring resilience or even organizational reliability and performance. The methodology adopted is qualitative through the case study of two companies in the group. The data collection and analysis tools are semi-structured interviews and content analysis. The results showed, pragmatically, that CSR was the predominant catalyst for resilience, organizational reliability and performance in the face of crises, to which are added other factors promoting this resilience, such as corporate culture and organizational identification. |
