| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente une pratique originale proposée par une association, Accords Ouverts, mêlant randonnée et chant, la marche et le chant pouvant se renforcer mutuellement en favorisant la respiration, la présence et la vitalité. Lors des journées et séjours sont proposés en alternance marche en nature, transmission orale de chants et stages de technique vocale, dans une approche très incarnée et sans support écrit. Le parcours de Julie Avril, à l’origine de cette pratique, atypique et autodidacte, mêle musique, chant, théâtre corporel et musical de rue, spectacles, concerts, et accompagnement en moyenne montagne, jusqu’à la création de sa structure associative Accords Ouverts. Elle accorde une place centrale à l’improvisation, à la créativité et à la pleine présence. Les personnes participantes rapportent des bienfaits physiques, psychiques et énergétiques, et cette pratique s’inscrit pleinement dans une vision de santé globale, écologique et intégrative. |
