| Summary, etc. | Crise en psychiatrie et soins sous contrainte sont des enjeux majeurs. Pour la personne concernée, la contrainte est vécue comme une violence, un trauma, une injustice, avec le sentiment d’être un objet et non un sujet. Les soins sous contrainte affectent la relation de confiance nécessaire pour favoriser le rétablissement. Le psychiatre, lors d’une crise, guidé par la nécessité de soin, doit évaluer les risques et parfois contraindre. Un cadre légal le soutient malgré les dilemmes auxquels il est confronté devant le refus de la personne concernée : concilier le respect des droits et la nécessité du soin. Une approche humaniste, participative, fondée sur le lien thérapeutique engendre une meilleure prise en soin. Croiser les regards permet d’exprimer cette humanité fondamentale dans le soin. |

| Summary, etc. | Crisis en psiquiatría y tratamientos involuntarios son problemáticas centrales. Para la persona afectada, la coerción se vive como una violencia, un trauma, una injusticia, con la sensación de ser un objeto y no un sujeto. El tratamiento ivoluntario afecta a la relación de confianza necesaria para favorecer la recuperación. Durante una crisis, el psiquiatra, guiado por la necesidad de atender al paciente, debe evaluar los riesgos y, a veces, recurrir a la coerción. Existe un marco legal que lo respalda a pesar de los dilemas a los que se enfrenta ante la negativa de la persona afectada : conciliar el respeto de los derechos y la necesidad del tratamiento. Un enfoque humanista, participativo y basado en el vínculo terapéutico genera una mejor atención. El intercambio de perspectivas permite expresar esta humanidad fundamental en el marco de la atención. |
