| Summary, etc. | Les situations de négligence grave chez l’enfant font partie de la clinique du trauma. Elles sont susceptibles d’avoir des conséquences très sérieuses sur la construction de la psyché de l’enfant, surtout lorsque celles-ci ont eu lieu précocement. Du fait des menaces intrusives répétées, la délimitation monde interne/ monde externe se trouve souvent fragilisée En conséquence, l’espace de l’illusion peut être régulièrement entravé. Afin que sa mise à l’abri s’organise, lorsque l’enfant est en danger, il peut être retiré de sa famille et parfois placé dans une Maison d’enfant à caractère social (MECS). Le travail clinique présenté ici relate la situation de Ludo, retiré de sa famille et accueilli dans cette maison d’enfants. Dès le début de sa vie, Ludo se trouve prisonnier des empiètements maternels. Peu à peu, grâce à la mise en place d’une protection effective, la latence s’installe et, la possibilité de restauration de la psyché se profile. Trois séquences cliniques, relatées en détail viendront mettre en évidence cette transformation. Ce sauvetage en quelque sorte, la reconquête de l’aire de l’illusion représente un bon indicateur du mouvement d’appropriation subjective. L’écoute de l’analyste, dans ce champ du travail institutionnel est à même de soutenir cette processualité chez l’enfant, c’est-à-dire d’encourager sa créativité propre. |

| Summary, etc. | Situations of severe child neglect are part of clinical field of trauma. They are likely to have very serious consequences on the construction of the child’s psyche, especially when they occur at an early age. Delimitation between the internal and external worlds is often weakened because of repeated intrusive threats. In order for the child to be sheltered, in France, when the child is in danger, he or she may be removed from his or her family and sometimes placed in an institution, a children’s home, “Maison d’Enfant à Caractère Social” (MECS). The clinical work presented here relates the situation of Ludo, who was taken into this foster home. From the beginning of his life, Ludo found himself a prisoner of maternal encroachment. Little by little, thanks to the establishment of an effective protection, latency sets in and possibilities of restoration take shape. Three clinical sequences, recounted in detail, will highlight this transformation. This kind of rescue, the reconquest of illusion area, constitutes a good indicator of the movement of subjective appropriation. The psychoanalyst’s listening, in this institutional working field, is able to support the process of psyche restoration, i.e. to encourage the child’s own creativity. |
