| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche a pour objet principal l’étude du concept de la communauté pratique en lien avec le domaine de la protection de l’enfance. Elle s’intéresse non seulement à la théorie en elle-même mais également aux différents modèles existants, la façon dont le manager décrypte ces pratiques professionnelles, et comment il est possible de développer cet outil dans une dimension de conduite de projet professionnel. Si les liens définissant les communautés de pratique et les bases générales de son fonctionnement sont établis, il est intéressant de constater qu’une communauté de pratique, auto-organisée, peut évoluer dans le sens d’un développement de projet de service accompagné par un manager. |

This research note is focused not only on the theory itself but also on the various existing models, on how the manager deciphers these professional practices, and on the possible ways to develop this tool in a dimension of professional project management. If the links that define the communities of practice and the general bases of its operation are established, it is interesting to note that a self-organized community of practice can evolve towards the development of a service project accompanied by the manager. |
