| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cette étude a été d’améliorer la communication interne d’une organisation en utilisant des méthodes de communication engageante. Dans le cadre d’un plan global de progrès, des actions de communication visuelle ont été définies dans une entreprise aéronautique. Une méthode de communication engageante a été utilisée afin de conduire à accroître l’efficacité de la communication. Les salariés étaient conduits à réaliser librement un acte préparatoire (ici répondre à un questionnaire) avant la mise en place d’un panneau d’affichage et d’une lettre d’information mensuelle. Des comparaisons comportementales ont été réalisées avant et après l’introduction des ces actions. Les résultats montrent que les salariés ont consulté plus souvent l’information mise à disposition. De plus, via la mise en place d’indicateurs de performance nous avons observé une amélioration de la qualité de leur travail. |

| Summary, etc. | Employees’ adherence to an organizational objective with the help of commitment communication actsThe aim of this study was to improve organizational communication for employees by using commitment communication methods. Within the framework of a global progress plan, visual communication actions were defined in an aeronautical industry. A commitment communication method was used to contribute to making future communication more effective. Employees were led to realize freely a visible preparatory act (i.e. answer a questionnaire) before the implementation of notice boards and a monthly newsletter. We compared behavioral variables before and after the introduction of these actions. The results indicated that employees more frequently consulted the new available information. Moreover, they significantly enhanced the quality of their work, through the progress of two performance indicators. |
