| Summary, etc. | RésuméDeux mouvements majeurs marquent l’évolution des relations économiques internationales : mondialisation et régionalisation. Quinze ans après sa transformation, il s’agit de voir quelle est aujourd’hui la place de la Russie dans la nouvelle division internationale du travail. Est ce que ce pays sera membre d’un espace économique pan-européen, où plutôt membre à part entière de l’APEC ? L’adhésion éventuelle de la Russie à la zone Asie-Pacifique ne pourra que satisfaire le courant néo-eurasien auquel se réfère aujourd’hui implicitement ou explicitement l’ensemble de la classe politique russe. Quant au espace européen, après la crise ukrainienne résolue avec l’aide de l’Union européenne, il sera intéressant de voir quelle attitude prendra la Russie face aux nouveaux élargissements de l’Union à l’Est. | Summary, etc. | Two main trends characterize the evolution of economic international relations: globalization and regionalization. Fifteen years after its transformation, what is the place of Russia in the new international division of labour? Will this country be a member of the pan-European economic area, or a member of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC)? If Russia joins the Asia-Pacific zone, it would satisfy the neo-Eurasian movement to which the Russian political community is explicitly or implicitly referring. It is also interesting to study the behaviour of Russia concerning the enlargement of the European Union to Eastern countries, especially after the Ukrainian crisis, solved with the support of the European Union.
