| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’intérêt de cet article se situe dans le contexte de l’évolution des stratégies des entreprises permettant de contribuer à une croissance économique découplée du flux des matières et répondant aux enjeux écologiques et sociaux des territoires. Dans le cadre général des interrogations sur les réponses possibles aux crises écologiques, économiques, financières et énergétiques, l’article traite des changements des stratégies de création et d’évaluation de la valeur par les entreprises et par les territoires. On s’interroge sur l’émergence d’un paradigme de production/consommation renouvelé intégrant ex ante les externalités négatives et positives dans le processus économique. L’économie de la fonctionnalité s’inscrit ainsi dans une dynamique historique et une redéfinition des relations entre l’entreprise, le consommateur et le territoire. Codes JEL : L22, L53, O33 |

| Summary, etc. | The subject of this paper is studied in the context of the evolutions of enterprises’ strategies towards the contribution to a dematerialized economic growth able to respond to ecological and social issues at the territorial level. Contributing to the debate on the possible responses to the ecological, economic, financial or energy crisis, we analyze the changes in the strategies of value creation and evaluation by companies and regions. We study the emergence of a new production / consumption paradigm that would integrate ex ante the positive and negative externalities in the economic process. Thus, the functional economy takes place in an historical dynamics and a new definition of the relationships between the enterprise, the consumer and the territory. JEL Codes: L22, L53, O33 |
