| Summary, etc. | RésuméEn nous appuyant sur une trentaine d'entretiens menés auprès des salariés d'une grande entreprise du CAC 40, notre intention est de réfléchir sur les formes de socialisation professionnelle qu'induit un événement sportif interne de grande ampleur. Le fait de participer à l'une des éditions du Raid organisé par leur employeur renforce-t-il l'appropriation des valeurs de l'entreprise par les salariés ? Ces derniers portent-ils un regard différent sur leur entreprise et sa hiérarchie ? La socialisation particulière vécue durant les épreuves sportives conduit-elle les participants à modifier les relations professionnelles avec leurs collègues de travail ? Le sport peut-il être considéré comme un outil efficace de cohésion interne ? |

| Summary, etc. | Based on approximately thirty interviews conducted with workers in a major CAC 40 company, our intention here is to reflect on the forms of professional socialization that are induced by a major internal sporting event. Does participating in one of the editions of the Raid, organized by their employer, reinforce employees' appropriation of the company's values? Do these employees see the company and its hierarchy differently as a result? Does the specific socialization they experience during the sporting events lead the participants to modify the professional relations they have with their workmates? Can sport be considered a tool for internal cohesion? We will consider all these questions in this article. |
