| Summary, etc. | La notion de victimisation est à l’origine empruntée à la justice pénale. Elle traduit le souci de réparation du dommage subi par la victime. Son utilisation en psychopathologie marque un regain d’intérêt pour le traumatisme psychique subi par les victimes des violences de toutes natures. Des voix s’élèvent cependant pour dénoncer les risques de dérapage dans le sens d’une infantilisation de la victime ou d’une négation de la réalité de la sexualité infantile quand il s’agit de pédophilie. L’auteur montre cependant que la reconnaissance par le juriste et le thérapeute que la victime n’est pas la cause de ce qui lui arrive est indispensable pour atténuer la culpabilité de la victime qui représente un obstacle important dans le travail thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | Violence of the sexual trauma and suffering oh the victim The concept of victimization is originating from penal justice. It is expressing preoccupation with some compensation for the damage inflicted on the victim. Its use in psychopathology marks a renewed interest for the trauma inflicted on the victims of violence of all kinds. Voices rise however to denounce the risk of misuse in the direction of some infantile behaviour of the victim, also a negation of the reality of infantile sexuality in case of paedophilia. The author shows however lawyer and therapist admit that victim is not the cause of what has occured to him is essential to permit therapeutic work. |
