| Summary, etc. | Chez le toxicomane, l’effraction ne se limite pas aux dégâts corporels perforants liés aux pratiques d’injection par voie intraveineuse. Ces atteintes permettent en effet au clinicien d’accéder aux traces, voire au souvenir, d’expériences vécues où le corps a subi des atteintes qui ont eu des conséquences traumatisantes sur le psychisme. Elles permettent plus fréquemment encore de discerner des configurations psychiques où l’addiction désigne le lieu corporel d’atteintes psychophysiques survenues chez un ou plusieurs ascendant(s) du toxicomane. Mais l’effraction psychique la plus importante que puisse subir ce dernier semble causée par la levée brutale et ambiguë de situations de secret ourdies autour d’événements familiaux traumatisants. |

Indeed these attacks make it possible for the clinician to reach the traces, even the souvenir of lived experiences in which the body has suffered attacks that have had traumatic consequences on the psyche. They allow to discern, still more frequently, the psychological shapes where the addiction indicates the bodily place of psychological attacks occurred to one or several of the addicted person’s ascendants. But the most important psychological breach that this latter can experience seems to be caused by the brutal and ambiguous lifting of situations hatched around traumatizing family events. |
