| Summary, etc. | RésuméUn psychiatre d’enfant, psychanalyste, anime ce groupe conjointement avec la pédiatre qui suit ces préadolescents à l’hôpital pédiatrique Robert-Debré du fait de leur infection au vih.Ce groupe se réunit pendant 1 h 30 une fois toutes les six semaines, le mercredi après-midi. C’est un groupe ouvert. Les objectifs peuvent être formulés ainsi : 1. Partager une identité commune par l’intermédiaire d’un groupe de pairs ; 2. Rendre possible le passage du soin apporté à l’enfant à celui qui permet l’accès à l’intégrité du corps qui se transforme à cette période de la vie. L’enfant passe du statut d’objet des soins au sujet porteur du soin ; 3. Déplacer le conflit concernant le risque vital à celui propre à l’adolescence au sein du milieu familial ; 4. Élaborer le rôle organisateur du secret autour du mode de contamination, de la transmission du virus, de la maladie et de la prise de traitement associé, au sein de la famille, de la fratrie, et de l’environnement social, essentiellement scolaire ; 5. Soutenir le discours de prévention afin de permettre aux collégiens d’intégrer un discours normatif sur lequel s’appuyer afin de les dégager d’une situation à risque de marginalisation. |

| Summary, etc. | A psycho-analyst leads this group together with a pediatrician who is in charge with these hiv infected young people at the Robert Debré pediatric hospital. The group meets during an hour and a half once in a month, on Wednesday afternoons. It is an open group. The aims are the following : 1. To share a common identity through a group of equals ; 2. To make possible the transition from the medical care given to the child to the medical care which gives way to the integrity of the body, the latter undergoing a transformation at this period of the child’s life. From an object of medical care the child becomes a subject carrier of his own medical care ; 3. To shift the conflict concerning the vital risk to that peculiar to adolescence in the bosom of the family ; 4. To elaborate the organizing part of the secret concerning the way of contamination, the transmission of the virus, the illness and the medical care linked to it within the family, brothers and sisters and the social environment, especially school-life ; 5. To support the prevention discourse in order to give these school-children a possibility to integrate a reliable normative discourse and thus free them from a risky situation of marginalization. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenUn psiquiatra infantil, psicoanalista, anima este grupo conjuntamente con la pediatra que sigue a estos preadolescentes en el hospital pediátrico Robert Debré debido a su infección por vih. Este grupo se reúne durante 1 h 30 una vez cada 6 semanas, el miércoles por la tarde. Es un grupo abierto.Los objetivos son : 1. Compartir una identidad común a través del intermediario de un grupo de iguales ; 2. Hacer posible el paso del cuidado aportado al niño al que permite el acceso a la integridad del cuerpo que se transforma en este periodo de la vida. El niño pasa del estatus de « objeto de los cuidados » al de « sujeto activo-cuidador » ; 3. Desplazar el conflicto concerniente al riesgo vital al propio de la adolescencia en el medio familiar ; 4. Elaborar el rol organizador del secreto entorno al modo de contaminación, de la transmisión del virus, de la enfermedad y de la toma de tratamiento asociada, en el seno de : la familia, de fratría y del entorno social, esencialmente el escolar ; 5. Mantener el discurso de prevención con el fin de permitir a los alumnos integrar un discurso normativizado sobre el que apoyarse con el objetivo de alejarlos de una situación de riesgo de marginalización. |
