Summary, etc. Dans une précédente tribune [1], nous nous sommes opposés au projet de loi sur les centres experts en montrant quelle place est réservée aux internes au sein de ces dispositifs. Au gré de nos rencontres, la question de notre formation durant l’internat n’a cessé de revenir et de nous animer. Pour cet article, nous approfondirons ces réflexions, en partant d’un sentiment de malaise partagé vis-à-vis de la formation reçue. Ce malaise est celui d’un décalage entre le vif intérêt pour la clinique psychiatrique, qui émerge dans la rencontre avec les patients, et le peu d’écho en réponse, dans les cours à l’université, pour penser nos pratiques. En confrontant les questionnements qui nous parcourent pendant l’internat aux tendances générales de la formation actuelle, nous montrerons que c’est inévitablement le rapport entre théorie et pratique qui est insuffisamment problématisé au cours de notre cursus.

Summary, etc. In a recent opinion piece, we expressed our opposition to the bill on expert centers by highlighting the limited role assigned to residents within these systems. Throughout our encounters, the question of our training during residency continually resurfaced and remained a source of concern. In this article, we will further explore these reflections, starting from a shared sense of unease regarding the training received. This unease stems from a discrepancy between the keen interest shown in psychiatric clinical practice—which emerges through encounters with patients—and the lack of corresponding focus in university courses on reflecting on our practices. By comparing the questions that arise during residency with the general trends in current training, we will show that it is inevitably the relationship between theory and practice that is insufficiently addressed in our curriculum.

Summary, etc. En un artículo de opinión anterior [1], nos opusimos al proyecto de ley sobre los centros de expertos, mostrando el lugar que se les reserva a los médicos residentes dentro de estos dispositivos. A lo largo de nuestros encuentros, la cuestión de nuestra formación durante la residencia no ha dejado de surgir y de motivarnos. En este artículo profundizaremos en estas reflexiones, partiendo de un malestar compartido respecto a la formación recibida. Este malestar se debe a la brecha existente entre el vivo interés por la clínica psiquiátrica, que surge del encuentro con los pacientes, y la escasa respuesta que encontramos en las clases de la universidad para reflexionar sobre nuestras prácticas. Al confrontar los cuestionamientos que nos surgen durante la residencia con las tendencias generales de la formación actual, mostraremos que es inevitablemente la relación entre teoría y práctica la que no se aborda suficientemente a lo largo de nuestro plan de estudios.
