| Summary, etc. | Autour de 1725, la manufacture royale de Beauvais, fondée en 1664 par Colbert, a tissé une tenture en six pièces de L’histoire de Télémaque inspirée du célèbre roman de Fénelon Les aventures de Télémaque, publié en 1699. Jusqu’à présent, très peu de tapisseries de cette tenture avaient pu être identifiées. Dans cet article, l’auteur répertorie l’ensemble des pièces connues, apparues essentiellement dans des ventes publiques à Paris et à New York, ainsi que les dessins et peintures qui peuvent être mis en relation avec elle. L’auteur identifie également pour la première fois l’artiste qui en avait composé les cartons, le peintre lillois Arnould de Vuez. |

| Summary, etc. | Around 1725, the Royal Manufactory of Beauvais, founded in 1664 by Colbert, wove a tapestry of The Story of Telemachus in six pieces inspired by Fénelon’s famous novel The Adventures of Telemachus, published in 1699. Until now, very few tapestries of this type had been identified. In this article, the author lists all the known pieces, which appeared mainly at public auctions in Paris and New York, as well as the drawings and paintings relating to it. The author also identifies for the first time the artist who composed the cartoons, Lille-based painter Arnould de Vuez. |
