| Summary, etc. | RésuméMa recherche porte sur l’observation et l’analyse de cas cliniques de jeunes enfants sans langage, venant consulter avec leurs familles un orthophoniste. Trois cas sont exposés : trois jeunes garçons (de deux ans cinq mois, à trois ans cinq mois) présentant un symptôme commun : une absence de langage. La méthodologie a consisté à recueillir des corpus et à procéder à leur analyse. La mise en récit des thérapies permet de repérer les étapes de progression et les difficultés de communication de chacun. Puis, l’étude de séances vidéoscopées apporte un éclairage sur les phénomènes de continuité et de rupture dans les relations. Des études comparatives entre les enfants sont ensuite menées. Elles s’appuient sur l’analyse de quelques items-clé concernant le développement de la communication et du langage. Ce travail a permis rétrospectivement : de relever les signes montrant les possibilités d’évolution de chaque enfant et le degré de gravité du trouble ; de constater l’intrication complexe des divers facteurs déterminant ce trouble de langage ; de confirmer les effets bénéfiques d’une intervention orthophonique précoce. |

| Summary, etc. | Atipics and changing moments in the orthophonic work with languageless childrenMy research deals with the observation and the analysis of clinical case studies of young children without language use who have come to consult a speech therapist with their families. Three cases are presented: three young boys (from age two years five month to three years five months) presenting a common symptom : languagelessness. The research methodology consisted of gathering the session material for each child and proceeding with their analysis. Writing up the therapies makes possible to discern the stages of progression and the communication difficulties of each child. Then follows the study of videotaped sessions which offers new information regarding the phenomena of continuity and of brake offs in relationships. Comparative studies among the children are then carried out. They are based on the analysis of several key items concerning the development of communication and of language. In retrospect, the work made possible : to disclose signs indicating possibilities of evolution in each child and the gravity of the trouble ; to observe the complex intrication of different factors which determine language troubles ; to confirm the beneficial effects of early interventions in speech therapy. |

Se exponen tres casos : tres niños varones (de dos años y cinco meses, hasta tres años y cinco meses) con un síntoma común : una ausencia de lenguaje. La metodología consiste en recoger varios corpus y proceder a su análisis. La puesta en forma de relato de las terapias permite señalar las etapas de progresión y las dificultades de comunicación de cada uno. Despues, el estudio de video-secuencias trae una luz sobre los fenómenos de continuidad y de ruptura en las relaciones. Sigue la elaboración de estudios comparativos entre los niños. Los estudios se apoyan en el anàlisis de algunos items- claves acerca del desarrollo de la comunicación y del lenguaje. Retrospectivamente, este trabajo permitió : apuntar los signos que muestran las posibilidades de evolución de cada niño y el grado de gravedad del trastorno ; constatar la imbricación compleja de los diversos factores determinando este trastorno de lenguaje. ; confirmar los efectos benéficos de una intervención precoz ortofónica. |
