Many consider their commitment to entrepreneurship to be a genuine life project that goes beyond the professional sphere. It is clear that entrepreneurs cannot always control the role and importance of work in their lives. Often, they are short of time. Pursuing their objectives brings entrepreneurs to the verge of exhaustion, impeding them from exercising sound judgment and long-term vision. However, this race against the clock is not inevitable. Entrepreneurs who have the courage to self-reflect can create a better situation for themselves. They can make a conscious decision to manage their time, at work and in their private life. Entrepreneur coaching is a powerful tool to help unravel their relationship to time and, in turn, raise their awareness about their personal balance and wellbeing and trigger changes in their ecosystem and management practices. |
