Summary, etc. Entrepreneurship is increasingly seen by women in developing countries as a means of emancipation and economic and social independence. Faced with obstacles in the labor market and social pressures, some opt for creating their own businesses. They are motivated by desire for economic power and having to meet the needs of their families, but also by the desire to contribute to the economic development of their territories. They face additional constraints linked to their status as women managers. In this research, we try to shed light on all these elements linked to female entrepreneurship in the Algerian education sector, focusing on the case of ten women in the Kabylia region (Bejaia). The results obtained demonstrate the liberating nature of entrepreneurship for these women, their motivations, and the obstacles encountered.
