Summary, etc. Formal and informal processes of adaptation and inventiveness in work activity exist everywhere in enterprises. While evaluation of competency and of production is still decontextualized and based upon individual criteria, these creative processes remain invisible to human resource managers and are not integrated by individuals. This article raises two related questions: Are these processes permanent, an essential condition for the realization of the activity, of engagement of groups and individuals, and the creation of value for oneself and for the organization? If so, how can the organizational framework give a grounding to these processes and, while doing so, enable the reflexivity necessary for building professional identities and the construction of career paths. The authors observed an experimental project carried out in a job integration workshop intentionally based upon reflexive resources. This was an action based on artistic symbolization. It shows the importance of giving individuals and organizations the means to think (and to think about themselves) while in action and as a collectivity.
