| Summary, etc. | Cet article a pour objet l'étude de l'impact croisé des réformes des allocations chômage dans le cadre d’un modèle d’appariement à destruction d’emploi exogène intégrant différents niveaux d’indemnisation. Les complémentarités entre trois instruments indépendants de politique de l'emploi sont envisagés : deux instruments portant sur les montants associés aux deux paliers d'indemnisation et un instrument portant sur la durée moyenne de versement de l'indemnisation la plus forte. L’étude des complémentarités entre les politiques d'indemnisation suggère que celles-ci dépendent des instruments couplés. La prise en compte explicite du financement de la dépense pour l’emploi entraîne par ailleurs des effets non négligeables en termes de bien-être. L'introduction d'un salaire minimum dans l'analyse modifie profondément les conclusions du modèle, notamment en termes de bien-être. |

| Summary, etc. | Complementary Features of Allowance Policies, Equilibrium Unemployment and Welfare The aim of this article is to examine the cross impact of unemployment allowance reforms within the framework of a matching exogenous employment destruction model structured to factor in different allowance levels. It considers the complementary features of three independent instruments of employment policy: two instruments for the amounts associated with the two allowance brackets and one instrument for the average period over which the highest allowance is paid. Analysis of the complementary features of allowance policies suggests that these depend on matched instruments. The explicit inclusion of the cost of promoting employment has a significant impact on welfare. Introduction of a minimum wage in the analysis radically changes the conclusion of the model, particularly in terms of welfare. |
