Summary, etc. Cette étude est consacrée aux associations de prévention du harcèlement scolaire françaises créées par d’anciennes victimes ou leurs parents. Elle vise à comprendre les raisons qui les ont poussés à s’engager bénévolement dans une activité de prévention et la manière dont ils ont su transformer leur expérience du harcèlement en une expertise reconnue par les pouvoirs publics. Elle vise aussi à analyser la manière dont ils mobilisent les médias socionumériques, et plus particulièrement Twitter, pour mener leurs actions de prévention et répondre au besoin informationnel que suscite le phénomène chez les personnes qui y sont confrontées.

Summary, etc. This article explores French bullying prevention associations created by former victims or their parents. We analyze the reasons that lead association members to volunteer in a prevention activity and how they are able to transform their past experiences with bullying into expertise recognized by public authorities. We also study the ways in which volunteers use social media, and especially Twitter, to carry out their prevention activities and to respond to the information needs of those who are confronted with bullying.

Summary, etc. Este estudo trata das associações francesas de prevenção ao bullying escolar criadas por ex-vítimas ou seus pais. Tem o objetivo de compreender as razões que os levaram a se engajar benevolamente numa atividade de prevenção e a maneira como transformaram suas experiências numa expertise reconhecida pelos poderes públicos. Tem também o objetivo de analisar a maneira como mobilizam as mídias sociais digitais, mais especificamente o Twitter, para conduzir suas ações de prevenção e responder à necessidade informacional que suscita o fenômeno nas pessoas que com ele se confrontaram.
