Summary, etc. Dans le contexte des littératies informationnelles, l’article présente les résultats d’une recherche ethnographique qui analyse le rôle d’un dispositif culturel dialogique dans la formation des savoirs informationnels attitudinaux des jeunes et des enfants à travers les processus de recherche et de construction de la connaissance. L’article définit les concepts d'information, de savoir et d'attitude en s’appuyant sur un terrain concret − l 'Estação do Conhecimento Einstein-Paraisópolis à São Paulo − et sur un ensemble de pratiques observées dans le cadre du programme Aprendendo a Pesquisar. Le dispositif culturel dialogique, champ de la médiation culturelle, ouvre une possibilité de création-recréation-création des signes, car il intervient sur les relations entre le dispositif culturel (bibliothèque), l'acte de rechercher et la construction de savoirs attitudinaux des sujets/personnes.

Summary, etc. In this article we analyze the role of dialogic cultural devices in the development of information literacy. We present results of an ethnographic study of attitudinal knowledge formation among young people and children. The concepts of information, knowledge and attitude are defined through reference to practices observed during a “Learning to research” program in Sao Paolo. The dialogic cultural device can be considered as an instance of cultural mediation, allowing for the creation and recreation of signs. Such dialogic devices act upon the relations between libraries, research practices and the construction of attitudinal knowledge among children.

Summary, etc. No contexto das aprendizagens informacionais, observa o papel do dispositivo cultural dialógico na formação de saberes informacionais atitudinais de crianças e jovens nos processos de busca e construção de conhecimento. A pesquisa, do tipo etnográfica, aborda os conceitos de informação, de saberes e de atitude; um contexto concreto - Estação do Conhecimento Einstein-Paraisópolis, São Paulo - e um conjunto de práticas: o Programa Aprendendo a Pesquisar. O dispositivo cultural dialógico, instância de mediação cultural, permite a criação-recriação-criação dos signos, atuando nas relações entre dispositivo (biblioteca), ato de pesquisar e construção de saberes atitudinais pelos sujeitos.
