| Summary, etc. | Les réformes mises en œuvre dans le secteur agricole roumain ont conduit à une décollectivisation massive. On observe cependant le maintien d’associations de production issues des anciennes coopératives, les sociétés agricoles. Sur la base d’enquêtes réalisées en Transylvanie, cet article montre que ces formes associatives reposent sur une allocation de la terre entre un système de Faire-valoir direct (FVD) et un système de Faire-valoir indirect (FVI) et met en évidence l’influence de la dimension organisationnelle sur l’allocation interne et la participation au marché externe du FVI. |

| Summary, etc. | The reforms implemented in the Romanian agricultural sector have led to massive decollectivization. However, some production associations which where formed from former co-operatives continue to operate. On the basis of surveys conducted in Transylvania, we show that these associations are based on the “intra-organizational” allocation of land between a direct farming-type system and a tenancy-type system. The influence on the organisational aspect of internal land allocation and on participation in the external tenancy market is also brought out in this analysis. |
