| Summary, etc. | La modernisation agricole de la seconde moitié du 20e siècle s’est accompagnée d’un profond renouvellement iconographique par la photographie, venant compléter le déjà riche album de la France rurale. Jean-Luc Mayaud propose en historien une analyse critique de l’abondante iconographie de cette « révolution », qui tout à la fois en surexpose et en occulte partiellement la dimension technologique, lui conférant le caractère d’un « fait total » riche d’enseignements sur la signification du processus de modernisation. |
