Summary, etc. | Dans le cadre d’une recherche adossée à un réseau de Lieux d’éducation Associés (LéA), un dispositif de vidéoformation de proviseurs adjoints de lycées agricoles français a été réalisé. Cet article présente la co-élaboration du dispositif par des chercheurs et des proviseurs adjoints. La dynamique de conception du dispositif aboutit à des vidéos de situation de travail commentées par des proviseurs adjoints, des bénéficiaires de l’action et des personnes extérieures à l’action (autres proviseurs adjoints, chercheurs). L’article présente les choix qui ont été faits pour concevoir ce dispositif. Il démontre également ses effets sur les proviseurs adjoints qui ont participé à sa conception. Enfin, il ouvre des pistes vers de nouvelles formes de vidéoformation : plus accompagnées, ou basées sur des saynètes jouées par des professionnels. |

Summary, etc. | Within the framework of a research project supported by a network of associated educational institutions (known as LéAs), a video-training program for vice-principals of French agricultural high schools has been developed. This article presents the co-development of the system by researchers and vice-principals. The dynamics of the design of the system led to videos of work situations commented on by vice-principals, beneficiaries of the action and people outside the action (other vice-principals, researchers). The article presents the choices that were made to design this system. It also demonstrates its effects on the vice-principals who participated in its design. Finally, it opens up possibilities of other forms of video training (ones with more guidance, or based on skits performed by professionals). |
