Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à la médiatisation des corps et des assiettes sur Instagram. Celui-ci se fonde sur l’analyse iconographique et de contenu d’une dizaine de comptes Instragram. Les analyses tendent à souligner les différentes mises en scène des corps et de ce que l’on mange en écho aux politiques de santé publique mise en œuvre en France depuis 2001. Il s’agit d’analyser la diffusion des normes de santé et diététiques avec l’émergence de nouveaux prescripteurs en alimentation-santé. Les normes s’incarnent alors dans des corps minces et sculptés imposant des normes esthétiques mais aussi des normes morales induisant de nouveaux comportements alimentaires. |

Summary, etc. | This article examines the mediatization of bodies and food on Instagram. We carried out content analysis of a dozen Instagram accounts. Our results show that the staging of bodies and food on Instagram echoes public health policies implemented in France as of 2001. We explore the ways in which dietary norms are disseminated by new "cultural prescribers" in the domain of food and health. Such norms are materialized through fit and thin bodies; these representations seek to impose both aesthetic and moral standards in order to change eating behaviors. |
