520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Where is development in Developmental Disorders studies? The paper offers an analysis of the problems related to the quest of early identifiers of developmental disorders. Among the problems raised, the more difficult to solve concerns the possible common origin of behaviors applied to social and non social domains, the fact that behaviors change their function along time, and the fact that different behaviors can serve a unique function. Those problems call for a developmental perspective in terms of an epigenetic probabilistic model with three co-acting factors: genetic factors, neural dynamics and life experience factors. |
