| Summary, etc. | Ce papier est une première tentative pour dresser des profils d’entreprises ayant recours à un mode de financement participatif selon leur position dans le cycle de vie. Une étude empirique, menée sur les TPE-PME bretonnes financées par crowdfunding, a conduit à deux contributions majeures. D’un point de vue théorique, il présente une approche dynamique du recours au crowdfunding en liant le cycle de vie de l’entreprise et le type de financement. D’un point de vue managérial, il préconise des solutions de financement par crowdfunding en fonction des caractéristiques de l’entreprise et de sa position dans son cycle de vie. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper is a first attempt to draw up profiles of companies using crowdfunding according to their position in the life cycle. An empirical study, conducted on Breton VSEs and SMEs financed by crowdfunding, led to two major contributions. From a theoretical point of view, it presents a dynamic approach to the use of crowdfunding by linking the life cycle of the company and the type of financing. From a managerial point of view, he recommends crowdfunding financing solutions based on the characteristics of the company and its position in its life cycle. |
