| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’article dresse un tableau clinique des modes de transmission transgénérationnelle du deuil périnatal par le syndrome de l’enfant de remplacement et celui de la transmission émotionnelle.Une mère endeuillée peut avoir des représentations d’une projection puissante sur l’enfant suivant, ou un enfant de la troisième génération. Proposer une prévention et une intervention thérapeutique des troubles psycho-pathologiques revient à comprendre que l’émotion d’un deuil périnatal ne peut se raccrocher à une réalité perceptible (peur d’une grossesse suivante, deuils antérieurs, culture) et peut de manière anxieuse se transmettre, se réactiver, à travers les générations mère-fille (grossesse suivante, dangers, transmission et réactivation des émotions de mère à fille, dissimulation des pertes périnatales).Trois types de prévention servent à l’attitude thérapeutique. La prévention primaire (accompagnement) se joint à la prévention secondaire (complications transgénérationnelles évitées, théorie de l’accompagnement: tenir compte de la science-technique et de la personne) pour garder à la prévention tertiaire un rôle d’émotion de la rencontre et d’empathie en vue de diminuer les conséquences d’une pathologie avérée. |

| Summary, etc. | This is a clinical presentation of the transgenerational transmission of perinatal grief by the replacement child syndrome and emotional transmission. A grieving mother may have powerful projection representations on the next child, or a third generation child. To propose a prevention and a therapeutic intervention of psycho-pathological troubles we have to understand the perinatal grief with a perceptible reality (fear of the next pregnancy, emotional reactivation from mother to daughter, perinatal loss dissimulation). Three types of prevention can be helpfull: primary prevention (accompanying) and secundary prevention (no transgenerational complications), then third level of prevention: emotion of the meeting, empathy to diminish consequences of the pathology. |
