| Summary, etc. | Access to healthcare for LGBTQI+ migrants and racialized individuals is hindered by barriers related to their migratory status, ethno-racial identity, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity. Trans migrant people face specific challenges and discriminations, further complicating their access to care. The Clinique Mauve, launched in Quebec in response to this issue exacerbated by COVID-19, provides medical, psychosocial services, and a peer navigation program. Its interdisciplinary approach, fostering collaboration between researchers, healthcare professionals, and community actors, has been essential to its success. This article focuses on the realities of trans migrant service users regarding the direct and indirect impacts of COVID-19 on their everyday lives as well as their perceptions of more general health care barriers and the services provided by the Clinique Mauve in terms of psychosocial and medical gender affirming support. |

| Summary, etc. | L’accès aux services de soutien (soins de santé et des services sociaux) pour les personnes LGBTQI+ migrantes et racisées est souvent entravé par des barrières liées à leur statut migratoire, à leur identité ethnoraciale, à leur orientation sexuelle et/ou à leur identité de genre. Les personnes trans migrantes rencontrent des défis et des discriminations spécifiques qui complexifient davantage leur accès aux soins. La Clinique Mauve, lancée au Québec en réponse à cette problématique exacerbée par la COVID-19, offre des services médicaux, psychosociaux et un programme de pair navigation. Son approche interdisciplinaire, qui favorise la collaboration entre chercheur·es, professionnel·les de la santé et des services sociaux et acteur.trices communautaires, a été essentielle à son succès. Cet article se focalise sur les réalités et perceptions des usager·es trans migrant·es par rapport aux impacts directs et indirects de la COVID-19, aux barrières d’accès aux soins et aux services déployés par la Clinique Mauve en ce qui concerne le soutien psychosocial et médical d’affirmation de genre. |
