| Summary, etc. | Quels sont les effets de la participation des usagers sur la reconfiguration des rapports sociaux et de pouvoir dans les institutions d’action sociale et médico-sociale ? Nous présentons une enquête en deux volets : l’un exploratoire visant à saisir et caractériser les « rapports sociaux d’usage » (Chauvière, 2006 ; Janvier, 2015) et l’autre interventionnel visant à faire émerger l’expertise des usagers sur leur propre situation dans et avec les institutions, au moyen de la mise en discussion de cette « expertise usagère » (Heijboer, 2019) avec les expertises scientifiques et professionnelles dans une cadre d’un dispositif méthodologique de Recherche usagère coopérative (RUC). Nous faisons l’hypothèse que les usagers sont une des clefs, sans doute la principale, de la reconfiguration des rapports sociaux et de pouvoir dans les institutions. |

| Summary, etc. | What are the effects of user participation on the reconfiguration of social and power relations in social and medico-social action institutions ? We present a survey in two parts: one exploratory aiming to grasp and characterize the “social relations of use” (Chauvière, 2006; Janvier, 2015) and the other interventional aiming to bring out the expertise of users on their own situation in and with institutions, through the discussion of this “user expertise” (Heijboer, 2019) with scientific and professional expertise within the framework of a methodological system of cooperative user research (RUC). We hypothesize that users are one of the keys, undoubtedly the main one, in the reconfiguration of social relations and of power in institutions. |
