Summary, etc. L’article explore l’émergence de la ludopédagogie dans les formations en travail social, notamment sur les enseignements académiques afin d’optimiser et de mieux ancrer les savoirs fondamentaux pour les apprenants. L’escape game pédagogique mis en place à l’IRTS Nouvelle-Aquitaine, dont la dernière édition s’est déroulée le 31 mai 2024, en est une parfaite illustration. Il a plongé les 230 apprenants y participant dans un univers inspiré d’une chasse au trésor, afin qu’ils mobilisent leurs connaissances théoriques, en politiques sociales et en droit, abordées le long de l’année sur différentes unités de formation. Une innovation pédagogique fortement appréciée par les apprenants et dont l’équipe pédagogique a mesuré les bénéfices. Intégrant des outils numériques, la ludopédagogie est parfaitement adaptée aux enjeux de la formation de demain.
