| Summary, etc. | La pandémie de la Covid-19 a été soudaine, foudroyante et une onde de choc pour beaucoup de personnes fragiles, ainsi que les services ayant des missions sociales et ou socio-médicales. Cet article, sans minimiser les conséquences négatives de la pandémie, propose de voir sous l’angle systémique, comment la crise a pu dans certains cas être un levier positif et quelles leçons nous pouvons en retirer pour notre secteur et plus globalement pour les familles accompagnées. À partir d’une vignette clinique, nous suivons l’histoire d’une famille et d’un service qui au travers de la crise vont pouvoir se retrouver, se découvrir ou redécouvrir et ensemble écrire une nouvelle histoire. |

| Summary, etc. | The Covid-19 pandemic was sudden, devastating and a shock wave for many vulnerable people as well as services with social and/or socio-medical involvement. This article, without minimizing the negative consequences of the pandemic proposes to show, from a systemic point of view, how the crisis could in certain cases be a positive lever and what lessons can be drawn from it. Not only for our sector of activity, but more generally for accompanied families. Starting from a clinical vignette, we follow the story of a family and a support service, which through the crisis will be able to find each other, discover or rediscover each other and eventually write a new story together. |
