Summary, etc. | Introduction : The intention of the Theatre in the round is to develop self-confidence, opinions confrontation, cooperation practice, creation process, and all things that purchase adaptation competences in TPE. Aim : To practice Theatre in the round with children living with an haemorrhagic constitutional disease and their siblings to reveal everyone their ability to create something new, to recreate. Method : ten children attended a workshop lead by two artists and two nursing teachers. Leaders have used words circulation, sensory perceptions, spatial perception, and function concept as tools. Results : Final show contributed to observe skills as stress management, interpersonal relationships, and to make choices; individual interview, feeling of competence scales, indicate an improvement of self-confidence and self-assurance. Conclusion : Theatre in the round is a useful approach to achieve adaptation competences for children living with an haemorrhagic constitutional disease and their siblings. By enhancing creative process that will allow the children to extrapolate their own health standard and to confirm their choice. |

Summary, etc. | Introduction : Le Théâtre-en-Rond se place dans la recherche de la confiance en soi, la confrontation des opinions, la pratique de la coopération, le déclenchement des processus de création, ce qui concourt à l’acquisition de compétences d’adaptation en ETP. Objectifs : Utiliser le Théâtre-en-Rond avec des enfants vivant avec une maladie hémorragique constitutionnelle (MHC) et leur fratrie pour révéler à chacun sa capacité à créer quelque chose de nouveau. Méthode : Dix enfants ont participé à un stage animé par deux artistes et deux soignants-éducateurs. La circulation de la parole, les perceptions sensorielles, la perception spatiale, la notion de fonction ont été les outils utilisés. Résultats : Le spectacle final a permis l’observation de compétences concernant la gestion du stress, les relations interpersonnelles et les choix. Des entretiens individuels et des échelles de sentiment de compétence ont montré une amélioration de la confiance en soi et de l’affirmation de soi. Conclusion : Le théâtre en rond est une méthode utilisable pour l’acquisition des compétences d’adaptation chez des enfants vivant avec une maladie chronique et leur fratrie. En développant le processus de créativité il permettra à l’enfant d’extrapoler pour inventer sa propre norme de santé et affirmer ses choix. |
