| Summary, etc. | Introduction: In France, Therapeutic Patient Education (ETP) programmes for patients with one chronic disease have been developing while numbers of MCC patients in need of poly pharmacy have been rising. Thus, TPE aims at learning transversal skills alongside specific skills applied to one disease. Aim: To meet the MCC patients’ rising learning needs, a cross patient education unit (UTEP) collaborated with students in a digital resource creation master degree from the ESPE (École Supérieure du Professorat et de l’Éducation) in Toulouse to create digital pedagogical tools for a MCC and polypharmacy TPE programme. Description : Some resources were created by students as a part of a project integrated in their curriculum. Others were done by one of them who was an intern at the hospital. They chose free and user-friendly software and applications so that the TPE team could ultimately use them to edit the resources or create new ones. Results : After identifying certain pedagogical goals likely to be achieved through the use of digital resources, several interactive activities were created. Conclusion : Digital tools thus created are used in groups or individually with patients, in workshops always led by health professionals. |

| Summary, etc. | Introduction : En France, les programmes d’ETP mono-affection se développent, en même temps qu’augmente le nombre de patients atteints de polypathologies nécessitant une polymédication. L’ETP doit alors s’orienter vers l’apprentissage de compétences transversales en plus des compétences spécifiques à chaque pathologie. Objectif : Pour répondre aux besoins éducatifs croissant des patients polypathologiques, une UTEP a collaboré avec des étudiantes de Master Création numérique de l’ESPE de Toulouse pour la création d’outils pédagogiques numériques dans le cadre d’un programme « ETP Polypathologie et Polymédication ». Description : Une partie des ressources a été confiée au groupe d’étudiantes dans le cadre d’un module « projet collectif ». Quant à l’autre partie, elle a été confiée à une étudiante dans le cadre de son stage individuel. Elles ont choisi des logiciels et des applications gratuites et faciles d’utilisation pour que l’équipe d’ETP puisse par la suite se les approprier afin d’apporter des modifications ou créer de nouvelles ressources. Résultats : À partir de certains objectifs pédagogiques préalablement identifiés comme pouvant être conduits à l’aide d’outils numériques, plusieurs activités interactives ont été conçues. Conclusion : Les outils numériques ainsi créés sont utilisés en collectif ou en individuel avec les patients, toujours animés par des professionnels de santé. |
