| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ travers deux de leurs catégories de pensée singulières – « se parler » et « communiquer » –, comment les ouvriers sud-africains identifient-ils l’usine ? L’impossibilité pour un ouvrier noir de « parler » à un contremaître blanc identifie l’oppression de la parole qui régnait autrefois à l’usine comme la forme particulière qu’a revêtue l’apartheid dans l’espace de la production. Par ailleurs, la catégorie « communiquer » leur permet d’identifier aujourd’hui l’usine comme un lieu de production au service de la reconstruction de l’Afrique du Sud – marque de l’unanimisme productiviste qui caractérise leurs formes de pensée contemporaines. |

| Summary, etc. | How do South-African workers identify the factory through two singular categories of thinking : « to talk to each other » and « to communicate » ? The impossibility for a black worker to talk to a white foreman identifies the former interdiction to talk in factories as a form of apartheid in the production place. Moreover the category « communicate » enables them today to identify the factory as a production place used for reconstruction of South Africa – a mark of the productivist unanimism that characterizes their contemporaneaous forms of thinking. |

Das Verbot für einen schwarzen Arbeiter mit einem weissen Werkmeister zu sprechen deutet auf das frühere Verbot hin, in der Fabrik zu sprechen, das eine Form der Apartheid in dem Produktionsraum war.
