À partir du recensement des lieux d’hébergement et de l’observation des activités d’un réseau régional de soins, il questionne les conditions d’interventions, en situation d’urgence, des professionnels de la santé et du social dans des territoires peu dotés en services publics et en médecins libéraux. Il décrit un contexte où les solidarités dans et autour de la santé sont rendues invisibles, et invite à s’interroger sur l’articulation entre les sphères professionnelles et citoyennes |

| Summary, etc. | This article analyses the actions carried out to allow and develop innovative modalities of medical and medico-social care for asylum seekers in rural Brittany. Building on a census of accommodation and the observation of a regional healthcare network, the article focuses on the conditions governing interactions between asylum seekers and health and social professionals in emergency situations, in territories with sparse public health services and few private medical practitioners. It describes a context in which such joint actions in support of healthcare access are invisible and raises questions about the connection between the professional and non-professional spheres. |
