| Summary, etc. | L’analyse longitudinale montre un début de trajectoire professionnelle de plus en plus différencié entre les groupes sexués à mesure que le temps passe. En cause, la présence et la recomposition des rapports sociaux de sexe. Ces derniers interviennent sur l’ensemble des sphères (famille, emploi, sécurité d’existence…). D’un côté, les différences sexuées en matière de temporalités et de normes démographiques et familiales continuent à influencer le démarrage des carrières professionnelles. De l’autre, la « qualité » inégale de l’offre d’emploi adressée aux jeunes des deux sexes, sous le couvert d’arguments naturalistes, joue au désavantage des femmes. Certaines sont alors reléguées à la périphérie de la vie professionnelle. Pour les femmes, la qualification se confirme être un passeport pour l’emploi. Mais elle ne suffit pas à garantir des carrières égales. Au total, et dans la durée, les écarts de positions professionnelles se creusent entre les sexes mais également entre les femmes et entre les groupes sociaux, notamment en raison de l’homogamie sociale au sein des couples. |

| Summary, etc. | The present longitudinal study shows that early occupational trajectories tend to diverge increasingly with time between the sexes. This divergence is attributed to the social relationships between the sexes and the changes occurring in this respect in many spheres (family, employment, public safety, etc.). On the one hand, gender-related differences in the timing of careers and in current demographic and family patterns continue to influence the start of young people’s professional careers. On the other hand, the differences in the quality of employment available to young people depending on their sex, which are often explained in terms of what nature intended, are to the detriment of women. Some women are therefore relegated to the fringes of the world of work. Qualifications have always been a passport to employment, but they do not suffice to guarantee equality between men and women’s careers. All in all, the differences existing between professional situations continue to increase with time, not only between the sexes but also between groups of women and between social groups, mainly due to the social homogamy existing among those living with a partner. |

| Summary, etc. | Anhand einer Langzeitforschungsstudie lassen sich Unterschiede in den Erwerbsverläufen zwischen den Geschlechtern festmachen, die im Laufe der Zeit zunehmen. Dafür macht man in allen Bereichen (Familie, Beruf, Existenzabsicherung usw.) existierende sowie neuartige Beziehungsgeflechte zwischen Männern und Frauen verantwortlich. So wirken sich, einerseits, geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede immer noch auf den Zeitverlauf der beruflichen Laufbahn aus, aber auch auf partnerschaftliche Beziehungen oder Familienplanung. Andererseits werden Mädchen und Frauen besonders dort benachteiligt und an den Rand des Arbeitsmarktes gedrängt, wo sich die geschlechtsspezifische Zugänglichkeit von Stellen auf biologisch begründete Merkmale stützt. Zwar dient Qualifikation insbesondere Frauen als Zugangsmittel zur Beschäftigung, doch sie schaffen es oft nicht, diese Qualifikationsgewinne als Positionsgewinne auf dem Arbeitsmarkt umzusetzen. Zusammenfassend kann festgehalten werden, dass die Unterschiede in den Berufspositionen zwischen Frauen und Männern im Laufe der Zeit zunehmen, aber auch die durch Homogamie bei Paaren bedingten Unterschiede zwischen Frauen und sozialen Gruppen. |
